These Terms govern your use of ButlerOne websites, scorecards, forms, and related services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.

Business and operational information

ButlerOne scorecards and materials provide general business and operational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, brokerage, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and for verifying information before acting on it.

No guarantee of results

Scores, estimates, examples, and recommendations do not guarantee revenue, savings, conversion, growth, or any other result. Scorecard calculations depend on the information you enter and may not include payroll, opportunity cost, taxes, vendor costs, or other expenses.

Permitted use

You may use the services for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the services, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape or overload the services, misrepresent your identity, or use the services to violate another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

ButlerOne and its original software, branding, scorecards, designs, and materials are owned by ButlerOne or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, or distribute protected materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

Third-party services

The services may rely on or link to third-party providers. ButlerOne is not responsible for third-party services, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Paid plans and minimum term

Unless your order form says otherwise, every paid ButlerOne subscription begins with a minimum term of three monthly billing cycles. Subscription fees are charged monthly during that term. After the minimum term, the subscription continues month to month until canceled. A cancellation after the minimum term takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

You may ask us to stop renewal during the minimum term, but you remain responsible for subscription fees through the end of that term. Plan prices, included usage, extra usage, seats, and third-party costs are shown before purchase or in your order form.

Launch options

Self Launch is included with a paid plan at no extra charge. Guided Launch is optional and adds the migration, setup, testing, training, and adoption support listed in your order form. Unless the order form says otherwise, Guided Launch includes the first 90 days of the applicable subscription after the agreed launch-ready date. Both paths use the same required launch checks.

If you provide the agreed exports, access, decisions, and approvals on time and ButlerOne cannot migrate, configure, and validate the written Guided Launch scope, ButlerOne will continue the agreed work at no added Guided Launch charge or refund the Guided Launch fee. Work outside the written scope requires separate written approval. This guarantee does not promise leads, closings, revenue, or results that depend on customer activity or third-party services.

Disclaimer and limitation

The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ButlerOne disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, ButlerOne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services and may revise these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
